Homeownership may seem out of reach for a lot of Americans but it doesn’t need to be that way. Our movement is helping to increase the homeownership rate to 75% for all Americans. We are unlocking the door to homeownership for all, through increasing the number of homebuyer coaches in each community and helping connect them with the underserved in every neighborhood.
HOW IT
WORKS
STEP 1
INITIAL CONVERSATION
The first step to either becoming a homeowner or a Homebuyer Coach is to connect with a current homebuyer advocate or coach, establish expectations and discuss answers to your questions.
STEP 2
LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR HOMEBUYER AND PRO SERVICES
Familiarize yourself with our homebuyer services and Homebuyer Coach program and see how you can benefit.
STEP 3
APPLICATION
Sign up to qualify to refer our homebuyer and pro services and upgrade if you also want to refer prospective Homebuyer Advocates and Coaches.
STEP 4
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
Good news, your application to receive either homebuyer or pro services was approved. To make the most of your participation, follow the provided steps to set up your services. Also, if you elected to become a Homebuyer Advocate or Coach, your application is under review. Follow the provided steps to progress from Advocate to Coach.
STEP 5
FINAL APPROVAL
AND CERTIFICATIONS
Our goal is to approve as many Homebuyer Advocate applications and certify as many Coaches as possible within 1 month of application. Background checks are not necessary. All that’s required is your engagement in the 75 For All Community and Coach certification curriculum.
